The location was great! We arrived a little after midnight and the staff was very friendly. Since we arrived so late the front desk asked if we wanted a late check out. We had a lot of questions and the staff was very helpful in answering all of them. The only downside was, we were very hungry and there was nothing opened nearby. The room was very clean and roomy. Would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

The shuttle service was ALWAYS on time and we were never in doubt of getting a seat. Lindo at the front desk made us feel welcome and appreciated. There is a good choice of restaurant with yards of the hotel. We had the King suite and it allowed lots of privacy by merely sliding or closing doors. Although we did not partake of the room service, the menu was varied, prices were good and it provided a good option.,

The staff was so accommodating. Traveling from MA we left really early to beat the traffic. When we arrived 5 hours before check in I was sure that they would tell us that we would have to come back at 3pm to check in but to my surprise and extreme gratitude, as I was traveling with two small children, they were amazing and let us check in early! They were so gracious and accommodating and it was truly appreciated!

Location was great. Loved it had a ton of restaurant options right there. Close to the airport, but didn’t sound like we were close to an airport. Staff, although we had limited contact with them, just checking in and out, was professional and friendly. Plenty of free parking

Location closed to airport and mall and food court. Bed is super comfortable, room is sparkling clean. Front desk staff named Giva is very helpful. Room is spacious and good breakfast. Free parking available. Free breakfast only for child under 12. But, front desk is helpful and make sure that all my children (13 and 16) had free breakfast.

loved the design of our suite. Joy, the Receptionist, provided a warm reception to new arrivals. She is almost worth her weight in gold! Breakfast was a real treat. services and food option are seldom available elsewhere.

The restaurant food was well prepared and there were many options to choose from the brew menu and they are all delicious. The omelette man is very friendly

Around area is really good to eat, many restaurants there and close to kohls Movie theater and swimming pool in mall Quiet bed room and good breakfast too
